Pipeline Modules Available for Download

Listed below are the available pipeline modules from our group.

To download the modules, right click (or ctrl-click) and select "Save Link As..." and save the .pipe file to your local computer. Open up the LONI Pipeline and drag in the module or select File->Open to use.

For more information on using the Pipeline, please refer to the Pipeline User Guide.

Preprocessing

• TraceWalker: Trace_Walker.pipe
• Skull stripping: coming soon

Statistical analyses using R

• Signed ANOVA: anova_signed.pipe
• Permutation Testing with ANOVA: anova_shape_permute_batch.pipe.
• False discovery rate (FDR) Correction: fdr_correct.pipe or fdr_correct_qlevel.pipe.

fMRI analyses in FSL using FEAT
